Age Restriction — 18+ Only

ze666 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players must be at least eighteen years of age to register an account, place a bet, play a casino game, or make a deposit or withdrawal. This requirement applies to all players in Bangladesh and is enforced at the point of registration through our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process.

Identity Verification

All new ze666 accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed and, where required, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. Accepted identity documents include:

Self-Exclusion

How Self-Exclusion Works at ze666

• Permanent self-exclusion: If you choose permanent self-exclusion, your ze666 account will be permanently closed and you will be barred from opening a new account. This decision cannot be reversed. Permanent self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
• Marketing exclusion: Regardless of which self-exclusion option you choose, ze666 will immediately remove you from all promotional mailing lists, SMS campaigns, and in-platform notifications. This happens automatically and does not need to be requested separately.

Activating Self-Exclusion

To activate self-exclusion on ze666, log in to your account, navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, and select your preferred exclusion period. The restriction takes effect immediately. You may also request self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected] — in this case, exclusion will be applied within one (1) hour of your verified request being received.

Deposit Limits

Deposit limits allow you to set a maximum amount that can be deposited into your ze666 account over a defined period. This is one of the most effective tools for maintaining financial control over your gambling activity. ze666 supports three deposit limit types:

• Daily deposit limit: Sets the maximum total amount (in BDT) you can deposit across any rolling 24-hour period.
• Weekly deposit limit: Sets the maximum total amount you can deposit across any rolling 7-day period.
• Monthly deposit limit: Sets the maximum total amount you can deposit across any rolling 30-day calendar period.

How to Set or Modify a Deposit Limit

Deposit limits can be set, reduced, or increased through Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits.

• Reducing a limit: Takes effect immediately. For example, if your daily limit is ৳10,000 and you reduce it to ৳5,000, the new limit applies to your next deposit.
• Increasing a limit: Subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. This delay is in place to ensure that limit increases are deliberate, considered decisions rather than impulsive reactions during an active session.
• Removing a limit entirely: Treated the same as an increase — subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

Time-Out & Cool-Off

Sometimes a player simply needs a short break from gambling without committing to a full self-exclusion period. The ze666 Time-Out feature allows you to temporarily suspend your account for a short, defined period. During a time-out, you cannot log in, place bets, or make deposits.

Available Time-Out Periods

• 48 hours
• 7 days
• 30 days

Time-out periods can be activated instantly from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Time-Out. Unlike self-exclusion, a time-out can be lifted at the end of the selected period without any cooling-off delay — however, it cannot be lifted early once activated.

Session Time Reminders

ze666 supports session duration reminders that alert you when you have been actively gambling for a set period of time. Reminders can be configured to trigger at intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or a custom interval of your choice. When a session reminder triggers, the platform will display a prominent notification showing your session duration and a prompt to review your activity. These reminders are particularly useful for mobile players who may lose track of time while playing slots or live casino games.

Reality Checks

In addition to session reminders, ze666 provides a Reality Check feature. When enabled, a summary screen appears at your selected interval showing your net position (total wagered vs. total returned) during the current session. This gives you an accurate, real-time picture of your gambling activity so you can make an informed decision about whether to continue or stop playing.
