1.3 Language

1.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ze666 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited. ze666 uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ze666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Personal Use Only

Your ze666 account is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not allow any third party to access or operate your account, place bets on your behalf, or participate in any arrangement that involves acting as an agent for another player. ze666 accounts may not be used for any commercial gambling operation or syndicate activity.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access ze666's full range of services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ze666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a review. Standard verification documents accepted by ze666 include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three (3) months displaying your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered to your ze666 account, showing matching ownership details.

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by ze666 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ze666 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. ze666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify ze666 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ze666 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.4 Account Currency

ze666 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Visa and Mastercard transactions may be subject to exchange rates applied by your card issuer if your card is not BDT-denominated.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ze666 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All methods are available in Bangladeshi Taka. ze666 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice, though we will endeavour to communicate significant changes to players in advance where possible.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 across all supported payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your ze666 account dashboard.
• Processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your ze666 balance within ninety (90) seconds in the majority of cases. Card deposits may take up to fifteen (15) minutes to process.
• Deposit fees: ze666 does not charge fees on deposits. Fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that you lawfully own. Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity, including fraud, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 across all supported withdrawal methods.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ze666 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending satisfactory KYC completion.
• Processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within two (2) minutes of approval in the vast majority of cases. Card withdrawals complete within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal fees: ze666 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees that appear on your statement are charged by your payment provider, not by ze666.
• Same-method policy: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with AML obligations.
• Wagering requirement: Deposit funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

4.4 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails, ze666 will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve the issue promptly. Players experiencing failed transactions should contact ze666 support with the relevant transaction reference number. ze666 is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or banking system interruptions beyond ze666's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers available on ze666 are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which are stated in the specific terms accompanying each offer. General eligibility conditions include: holding a verified ze666 account, being of legal age (18+), not having previously claimed the same welcome offer, and meeting any minimum deposit threshold required to activate the bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by ze666 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual bonus terms. ze666 prohibits the use of bonus funds solely for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements on low-risk or excluded game types — doing so constitutes abuse of the bonus system and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ze666 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting system errors or promotional glitches, using automated betting tools, or coordinating with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ze666 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

5.4 Promotion Changes

ze666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as promptly as possible. ze666 accepts no liability for losses arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion that a player was relying upon.

User Obligations

6.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information to ze666 at all times, including during registration, verification, and any subsequent account update. You must promptly notify ze666 of any change to your registered details — including a change of address, mobile number, or primary payment method — by updating your account profile or contacting support.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Commitment

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that ze666's services are provided for entertainment purposes only. You agree to use ze666 responsibly, within your financial means, and without relying on gambling as a source of income. You agree to make use of ze666's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options — if you feel your gambling behaviour requires management. 6.3 Tax Obligations

Players are solely responsible for assessing, reporting, and paying any taxes applicable to their gambling winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. ze666 does not provide tax advice and makes no representation regarding the taxability of winnings in any jurisdiction. Players in Bangladesh should seek independent professional advice if they are uncertain about their tax obligations in relation to online gambling income.

6.4 Technical Conduct

You agree not to use any software, script, bot, crawler, browser extension, or automated tool to interact with ze666 in any manner that is not part of normal, manual gameplay. You agree not to interfere with ze666's technical infrastructure, attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or exploit any vulnerability, error, or glitch — whether discovered accidentally or through deliberate testing. Any exploit found should be reported to ze666 support immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on ze666 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, nationality, or the source of your funds, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using ze666 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, in violation of international AML standards and applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any ze666 game, including but not limited to poker, live casino games, or promotional competitions.
• Match Fixing & Integrity Violations: Placing bets on any sporting event where you have prior knowledge of a fixed or manipulated outcome, or where you are a participant in the event.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment dispute for a deposit that you willingly made to ze666. Fraudulent chargeback activity will result in account closure and may be reported to the relevant financial institutions.
• Malicious Technical Activity: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage ze666's platform, servers, or communications infrastructure.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or discrepancies between ze666's odds and those of other platforms to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of fair play.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ze666 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any available balance. Once your account is closed, outstanding bonus balances (including those subject to active wagering requirements) will be forfeited. If you are closing your account because you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, please visit the Responsible Gaming page to activate self-exclusion before or instead of account closure — self-exclusion provides stronger protections and prevents re-registration during the exclusion period.

8.2 Closure by ze666

ze666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Detection of a duplicate account.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure following prior written notice to the registered email address.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the restriction or termination of a player's access to ze666.

8.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no wager, no deposit). Prior to classifying an account as dormant, ze666 will send a written notification to the registered email address. If no response is received within thirty (30) days of that notice, ze666 may close the account. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and ze666's internal dormant account policy, details of which are available from ze666 support on request.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by ze666 — all access to the platform, your game history, bonus balances, and loyalty rewards will be revoked. Where ze666 closes an account due to breach of these Terms, any winnings obtained in connection with the breach may be voided. ze666's liability to you upon account closure is limited to the return of any verified real-money balance (i.e., excluding bonus funds), subject to any outstanding deductions as permitted under these Terms.
